Reservation Policies

  • Minimum stay: A 2-night minimum stay is required for all pedestals. Inn suites are rented on a daily basis.
    During Holidays and select weekends a three day minimum stay is required.
  • Confirmation: 50% of total rate plus tax.
  • Balance: Due at check-in
  • Cancellations: Confirmation fee is non-refundable
  • Reschedule: Requires a notification 10 days prior to your arrival date. Fee~ $50.00
  • Check in- 4:00 p.m. Check-out- 11:00 a.m.
  • Pets (only one per unit) are allowed in select units with a $50.00 non-refundable fee.
  • Agent reserves the right to change units.NOTE: Prices subject to change without notice
