These homes were built in 2007 and are 1800 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and a den. They have a large open floor plan. There is a deluxe kitchen, dining, and living area with a gas or wood fireplace, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on the main level. The master suite has a full bath with a Jacuzzi on upper level and the lower level is a den/sleeping area with a bath and laundry area. The open great room is perfect for entertaining!
